Our services

Clear Warranty - No Empty Promises
YANGDE guarantees that its PV modules, storage batteries, and energy storage systems will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. We provide clear repair or replacement policies, in contrast to copycats who often make verbal promises but offer little after-sales support. For storage batteries, we can also offer additional warranty terms based on cycle life.
Professional System Design and Integration Services
Based on each customer's actual electricity demand, solar irradiation conditions, and application scenario (residential / C&I / utility-scale), we provide customized PV storage system designs. From capacity planning, equipment selection, to system integration, every step is handled by our professional engineering team to ensure optimal system efficiency and safety.
Installation Guidance and On-Site Technical Support
We provide detailed installation instructions, electrical wiring diagrams, and commissioning videos. For commercial & industrial and utility-scale storage projects, our technical team can provide on-site installation guidance, system commissioning, and grid connection support free of charge to ensure smooth project deployment.
Spare Parts Included - Reducing Maintenance Pressure
Based on the transaction amount, we provide 0.5% to 1% of key spare parts (including battery modules, BMS boards, PCS modules, control units, etc.) free of charge. This helps customers establish an initial spare parts inventory, avoiding the difficulty of sourcing parts from copycats who often lack spare part support.
After-Sales Support and Lifetime Service
We provide lifetime technical support and repair services for our PV storage systems. Any questions or issues raised by customers will be responded to within 24 working hours. Additionally, we can provide remote monitoring and maintenance support (requires compatible EMS system) to help customers monitor system performance in real time.
Recommended Maintenance to Extend System Life
Although our PV storage systems are designed for high reliability, the following routine maintenance is recommended:1.Monthly: Check system operating data via the monitoring platform (if available), paying attention to key parameters such as battery voltage, temperature, and state of charge (SOC).2.Quarterly: Inspect battery connection terminals for looseness, clean dust from equipment surfaces, and ensure proper ventilation and heat dissipation.3.Semi-Annually: Perform battery balancing maintenance (depending on BMS functionality) and check the operating status of the PCS and distribution equipment.4.Every 3 to 5 Years: Evaluate whether additional or replacement battery modules are needed based on battery degradation, ensuring system capacity continues to meet operational requirements.
ODM & OEM Customization Services
We have complete in-house capabilities from battery cell packaging, BMS development, PCS design, to full system integration. We provide ODM and OEM services for PV storage products.
